In this key position of Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the coordination of every aspect of the Chairman’s calendar management. You will use your outstanding organisational skills to ensure the Chairman’s time is well planned and efficiently used. You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment, acting as the main point of contact for the Chairman. You will communicate with VIP clientele on behalf of the Chairman of the Company. You will ensure the Chairman is briefed on his schedule and ongoing project task list at all times. You will manage all written communication and day-to-day administration. You will coordinate all travel arrangements including preparing travel documents, booking flights, transfers and hotel bookings. You will prepare the Chairman’s monthly expenses. You will also actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs. This is a full-time position based in Monaco.

You are proactive in your approach

Qualifications

Native-level English skills required and fluent in French

Five or more years of experience in a similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience in the yachting industry a plus
