Vertige arrives at market having never been offered for sale before. A Design Collaboration Worth Knowing

Francesco Paszkowski designs yachts that people remember. His exterior work on this Tankoa motor yacht won the World Yachts Trophies Best Exterior Design award in 2017, but the more interesting story is what happens inside. Working with Margherita Casprini, Paszkowski created an interior that looks to 1950s art deco for its reference points, bleached teak and polished rosewood, considered proportions and a warm restraint that avoids both the clinical and the overwrought. Floor-to-ceiling windows run throughout the main salon, pulling the sea into every space and changing the character of the interior with the light. This is a yacht for charter and for sale that has a genuine point of view.

The Master Suite Sets the Standard

The master suite on Vertige occupies the main deck and opens on both sides via fold-out terraces, port and starboard. At anchor in a quiet bay, those balconies sit close to the water. Finding it here speaks to the intelligence of the S501 design. The VIP stateroom also sits on the main deck, giving two of the six staterooms the natural light and airflow that lower deck cabins simply cannot replicate. Vertige accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 staterooms, with the master suite and VIP cabin both positioned on the main deck, an arrangement uncommon on motor yachts at this length. The master suite features fold-out terraces on both port and starboard sides, a private office space, and a full en suite finished to the Paszkowski/Casprini standard that runs throughout this Tankoa motor yacht. The VIP benefits from the same main deck light and air. Below decks, four further guest staterooms provide well-appointed, private retreats, each with en suite facilities and the same warm, considered finish in bleached teak and rosewood. The Numbers Behind the Power

Vertige was engineered with care. Twin MTU engines, 1,081hp each, IMO Tier III compliant, deliver a cruising speed of 14 knots and a top speed of 16 knots with a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. Zero-speed stabilisers ensure the yacht holds steady at anchor regardless of swell, making every bay a comfortable one. The aluminium hull keeps weight down and volume up, while the 499GT gross tonnage sits deliberately below the 500GT commercial threshold, a decision made at the design stage that carries tangible operational benefits for both charter and ownership. RINA classification and a 2023 refit mean Vertige is in turnkey condition for her new owners.

The Crew That Earns Its Reputation

Vertige's charter crew of 10 has spent multiple seasons aboard and built a reputation on the Mediterranean circuit that is difficult to argue with. Award-winning references from previous charter guests point to a team who understand the difference between going through the motions and genuinely looking after people. The chef works with local produce and guest preferences in equal measure, adapting every meal to who is on board. The deck team manages the water sports programme, the tenders and the daily itinerary with knowledge built from real experience of these waters.

Built for Guests Who Want Everything

Vertige's toy collection has been assembled for guests who want full days on the water. Two Seabob F5S units from 2021 take the action beneath the surface. Two Yamaha FX SVHO Wave Runners, 250hp and three seats each, handle everything above it. Four Navbow Jets add another layer of surface energy to the mix. An inflatable ocean pool of 600x500cm creates a private swimming zone off the stern, ideal for calmer mornings or younger guests. A wakeboard, adult and children's water skis, an inflatable kayak, two inflatable paddleboards, two hard stand-up paddleboards and a full complement of towable inflatables cover every remaining appetite. A Gibsy Alu-D 360 tender with a Yamaha 25hp outboard handles transfers and shore runs.
