Highly Experienced Captains

Captain Glenn and Captain Howie man the helm on board Parsifal III, bringing decades of combined experience. A Canadian native, Captain Glenn first joined the yacht in 2009 and has since garnered a deeper understanding of Mediterranean and Caribbean waters than a sat nav. He jumps at the chance to show guests the ropes. Skipper Howie, an American, has plied his trade aboard five yachts of varying sizes, and goes above and beyond with his crew to make guests feel at home.

Parsifal III’s talented Chef Carlos, an Italian-Argentine national, counts a stint aboard the world’s biggest superyacht among his career experiences, as well as spells in the galleys of royal families and celebrities. Carlos found his passion for cooking early in life and has since garnered over 20 years in the hospitality industry around the world – in the kitchens of five-star hotels, chalets, and superyachts. Tailored to guests’ preferences, his dishes take inspiration from global cuisines.
