My Story

I grew up in Varese, Italy. Coming from a family of yachtsmen, yachting has always been a part of my life. I have owned yachts myself and once circumnavigated the world on my own yacht. Outside of yacht brokerage, I also race powerboats, and 2024 was a standout year: I won the World Offshore Championship and took the overall title at the 75th Centomiglia del Lario. Whether cruising or competing, I’ve always been drawn to the thrill and challenge of life on the water.

I am excited to be part of the vibrant and forward-thinking team at Y.CO, following 19 rewarding years at another brokerage company. My connection with Y.CO goes way back to 2002, when I met Gary in New Zealand—he was leading the OneWorld Challenge America’s Cup team, and I was sailing around the world, taking a break from the family business. We hit it off immediately, and although the timing wasn’t quite right back then, I’ve followed Y.CO’s journey ever since.

It’s been inspiring to watch Gary and Charlie build such a dynamic company with an impressive portfolio and a fresh approach to the industry. I’ve always admired their energy and vision. As a seasoned broker, I love taking on new challenges and reconnecting with old friends— while making new ones along the way.
