My Story

Keeping people, priorities and moving parts aligned is a big part of what I do. Having spent six years working on board yachts before moving ashore into agency, concierge and eventually charter management, I tend to look at what I do from several perspectives at once. I understand the owner's objectives, the realities faced by captains and crew, and what the charter market expects.

Today, I work closely with owners, brokers, agents and crews around the world, helping ensure charter programmes run smoothly and successfully. What I enjoy most is bringing different people together, solving challenges collaboratively and finding the approach that works best for everyone involved.

Growing up in West Wales, speaking Welsh as my first language and later spending time living in France taught me to appreciate different cultures, perspectives and ways of working. Combined with years spent travelling throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean and North Sea, those experiences continue to shape how I communicate, collaborate and support the yachts under my management.

Experience

Six years of firsthand experience working on board yachts.
In the yachting industry since 2003.
Joined Y.CO in 2008 and held roles in agency, concierge and charter management.
Represented yachts from 30m to 90m, including both new builds and classic yachts.
Expertise spanning charter operations, owner relations, compliance, financial administration and marketing coordination.

Beyond yachting

Outside work, I am endlessly curious about new places, cultures and cuisines, and enjoy learning about the history behind a destination. Whenever possible, you'll find me by the coast or in the countryside, practising Pilates, spending time with friends and family, or indulging my interest in interior design.

In a tent in the Okavango Delta, Botswana.

A Vietnamese green papaya prawn salad. Chef's kiss.
