“The crew will shape your experience more than the yacht ever will. Get that right, and everything else falls into place.”

My Story

I did not grow up around boats or the Mediterranean. In many ways, yachting was something I discovered later and then embraced completely. That perspective still shapes how I work today. I understand that for many clients, especially first-time charterers, the world of yacht charter can feel unfamiliar, full of questions they do not yet know to ask.

My role is to remove that uncertainty and help clients get the very best from every aspect of their time on board. That means far more than simply finding a yacht. It is about understanding how people like to travel, what makes them feel comfortable and what will turn a good holiday into a truly memorable one.

Over the years, I have seen first-time charter guests become lifelong charter clients, then yacht owners and even new-build owners. Watching that journey unfold has reinforced something I have always believed: the details that matter most are not always the most obvious ones. A beautiful yacht is important, but a great crew can completely transform an experience.
Clients rely on me to navigate the realities of the charter market, where availability is often far more limited than people expect. By understanding what matters most and planning early, I help them secure the right yacht, in the right place, at the right time, while making the entire process feel seamless.

Beyond Yachting

My idea of luxury is surprisingly simple: a day aboard my Pointu, the traditional Provençal fishing boat I own with my partner. There is no need for elaborate plans, just good food, good company and a crisp glass of something enjoyable. I didn’t grow up around boats or the Mediterranean, but life by the water has become second nature. Yachting also extends beyond my working life, with my partner competing in Maxi and superyacht regattas around the world.

What do I think matters more than people realise?

The crew! There is nothing new about this advice, but if you are on a shiny new yacht with a rubbish crew you will have a terrible time. The crew have infinitely impact on the quality of your experience than the age, interior styling or builder of the yacht.

What's my idea of a perfect day off?

Coffee, a look around a market, a great lunch with friends, a siesta.

What kind of problem do I most enjoy solving?

Other peoples! There is always an easy answer to other peoples problems.

What would my friends call me for help with?

French Admin!

What do clients most often underestimate about my area of work?

The scarcity of charter yachts – once you factor in dates, location and budget there are normally only a handful of good yachts available for any given charter.

What's one thing still on my bucket list?

Going on a seaplane – ideally in Alaska.
