My Story

I originally came to the South of France on holiday in 2019, with no idea that it would lead me into a career in yachting. At the time, I had spent eight years living and studying in London, where I completed a degree in Management with Human Resources before starting my career in HR at Pfizer UK.

My background was in recruiting laboratory specialists, so moving into crew placement was a very different world. I spent three years in Antibes finding stewardesses, chefs and captains, and quickly came to understand how much the right people can shape life on board. In 2022, I moved into charter management, where I found a role that brought together the parts of the job I enjoy most: people, yachts and destinations.

Today, I work closely with clients to understand what they’re looking for and find the right combination for their charter. I like the challenge of bringing all those details together and making sure everything works naturally, from the yacht and crew to the destination.

Beyond Yachting

Moving from Lithuania to London at 16 taught me to embrace new experiences. When I am not talking yachts, you will usually find me on a padel court, skiing in the French Alps, hiking or cooking for family and friends.

What's my idea of a perfect day off?

A day skiing in the French Alps, followed by a spa and a glass of good red wine.
