My Story

Originally from Lithuania and fluent in Russian, I spent eight years living and studying in London, where I completed a degree in Management with Human Resources and began my career in HR at Pfizer UK. A long holiday to the South of France in 2019 sparked my introduction to the world of yachting and opened the door to a fast-moving, people-driven industry that quickly became my long-term career.

Coming from recruiting laboratory specialists, I made the leap into yachting by placing stewardesses, chefs, and captains - an exciting shift into a world where no two days are the same and where the right people truly make the difference. After three years as a crew placement specialist in Antibes, I transitioned into charter management in 2022, where everything came together for me. I enjoy a client-oriented environment where I can combine the right yacht, crew, and destination into the perfect charter, creating seamless experiences and unforgettable moments for both owners and guests.

Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle and can often be found playing padel, skiing, hiking, enjoying long walks along the Promenade des Anglais in Nice - or on a plane, on my way to explore my next destination.
