As a Payment Specialist operating within the Yacht Accounts team, you will support the successful delivery of all domestic and cross border payments, as well as business card program management. You will play a key part in ensuring money is safeguarded by following the company’s AML/Compliance and Anti-Fraud policies.
Your main responsibilities will involve daily interaction with financial institutions, beneficiary screening, online payment processing, FX trades, record-keeping, reconciliations, card distribution, payment investigations and queries. You are highly organised, familiar with digital payment operations and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment. You will also actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, Y.CO company culture and sponsored sustainability programs. This position is based in Monaco.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong team player whilst being able to work independently.
You are highly organized with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Fluent in English
Strong computing skills (MS Excel)
Relevant experience in a similar administrative role
