Human Resources Administration

In the role of Human Resources Administration, you will be a key support to the People & Culture function, helping to ensure employee records, documentation, and the HR platform are maintained to a high standard. You enjoy working with detail and structure, supporting recruitment administration, onboarding and leavers, employee records and training administration. From assisting with CV screening and interview scheduling to coordinating new starter inductions, monitoring leave balances, and supporting appraisal tracking, your work will ensure information is accurately maintained across HR systems and files. You will also support the HR team with day‑to‑day and ad hoc HR projects and act as a key sustainability ambassador for Y.CO, assisting with the company’s initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is desirable

At least 1 year’s experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within HR
