You will play a key role in our fast-paced Yacht Management team, leading the delivery of exceptional service to our clients and their yachts.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll ensure consistently high standards across the fleet by guiding and supporting your team of Client Managers. As a supportive leader and confident decision-maker, you will build strong relationships with clients, captains, and colleagues, becoming a trusted advisor. You will also be a member of the Maritime Board, working collaboratively with a group of fellow specialist team leaders who collectively lead the Yacht Management Department as whole.

Your expertise in maritime and yacht management will help your team navigate complex situations and drive professional growth. You’ll foster a proactive feedback culture, addressing concerns early and championing continuous improvement.

You will oversee yacht allocations, resource planning, and ensure processes are both standardized and adaptable to client needs. You’ll also focus on upskilling your team, encouraging technology adoption, and bridging gaps between offices for a seamless client experience.

In addition, you will manage cross-selling opportunities, oversee client account invoicing, and ensure your team is fully informed about our product portfolio, driving growth and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of agreements and service terms.

Qualifications

5 years’ experience in a leadership or senior client management role within the yachting or maritime sector, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations and provide clear, confident guidance.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

You are a proactive self-starter, motivated to contribute ideas and add value beyond the brief
