As a key member of the Crew Operations Team within Yacht Management, you will fulfil an essential role providing support in all crew related matters to your designated fleet of yachts. Through the course of your daily duties, you will ensure regulatory requirements are met, crew are appropriately certified & employed, and payroll is completed on time every month. You will also play a central role in ensuring your designated crew are well trained in and using prescribed Y.CO systems and best practices. By building up knowledge of crew compliance and maritime regulation, you will support a wide variety of projects and pave your way toward becoming a specialist in the Yacht Management team.
You are thorough with a keen eye for detail, able to work in a fast-paced environment
You areflexible, eager to learn, highly organized and manage your time effectively

You maintain highest standards of confidentiality
You are an excellent communicator and fluent in English
Previous experience within the yachting industry
Demonstrated success in an administrative role
Knowledge of HR and Payroll practices
Commercial Maritime Background
