As the CTO at Y.CO, you will act as the strategic and operational leader for all technology-driven innovation. The CTO will play a key role leveraging emerging technologies to drive revenue, enhance client engagement, and futureproof the business model in the superyacht sector, translating technological trends into actionable opportunities. By streamlining repetitive tasks, improving efficiency ,data accuracy, and freeing up capacity, you will be supporting the team to focus on high-value client service.
Using your strong communication and collaboration skills, you will align digital innovation with commercial and client priorities. You will maintain oversight of strategic business platforms and their evolution while ensuring smooth integration. You will also manage vendor relationships, with timely project completion and within set budgets.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you will embed digital tools into day-to-day operations and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our commitment to compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity and ethical AI standards.
This position is open in Monaco, London and Fort Lauderdale. Please note that to be eligible for the position, you must have the legal right to work in the country for which you are applying.

You are a collaborative team player, and you are comfortable operating both in a hands-on and in an advisory capacity
Degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields
Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS solutions, Azure Architect are a plus
4 years of experience minimum in a similar role with a proven track record in leading digital transformation in a client-centric, high-touch industry (e.g., luxury, hospitality, private wealth).
Experience with AI/ML implementation in commercial settings
Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, as well as broad knowledge of IT and cloud-based frameworks.
Background in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors is required
